Online Registration 2012

Online Registration Steps

1. Go to uysa.shooters.affinitysoccer.com 
2. Click on the “Registration” tab across the top
3. Click either “Player Registration” or “Coach Registration” box (depending on who you are registering).
4. If you know your login name and password use “Option 1”.  (If you do not know your login and password but you or someone in your family has played before, use "Option 2”.  Fill in the requested information.   There should be a message   “An existing account matching your info”.  There will be a button to click if "Yes, it is my account".)     If no member of your family has played before, use “Option 2”.   You will fill in parent information first, then you can click “add new player” and fill in the player information.  When you have filled in parent and player info click “continue”.
5. Click the “Register as player” button for the person you are registering (or coach depending on who you are registering.)  
6. Enter the assignment code given to you by your coach. Click “enter”
7. On the player information page double check all of the information is correct.  Click on “click here to show photo……” in the middle of the page.   Click on the photo box and upload a photo of your child.  (Just a head shot, no hats, sunglasses, or silly photos)

You can also upload a birth certificate at this time by clicking on "Birth Certificate Upload" Box.  Click “save”.  At this point if you are registering another child you can click “register as player” for the next child and go through the steps above.
8.  When you have completed the registrations for all the players in your family.  Click “continue”
9. Check the “I accept” boxes.  Then “Agree and Continue”.
10. Follow the steps to make your online payment.  Remember until the payment portion is completed your child is not registered.  All fees (except the uniform fee) must be paid online at this time.  The Uniform fee will be paid when you order your uniform.
NOTES:
Do not try to tab back with the browser button it will not work.
 (Your online registration is not complete until you have paid the fees) 
If you want to go back to edit or look at your records, go to uysa.shooters.affinitysoccer.com and enter your username and password on the left with the user login, do not go back into the registration tab once you have completed registration.
