Shooters Soccer Club is supported by a dedicated team of coaches, staff, and volunteers who work together to create a positive experience for every player and family. The majority of our teams are coached by committed volunteer coaches who generously give their time to teach the game, mentor young athletes, and build strong team culture. For teams that choose it, paid coaching options are also available to meet different competitive and developmental needs.

In addition to our coaches, Shooters is supported by a hardworking club leadership team that includes a Technical Director overseeing player development and coaching support, a Registrar managing player and team registration, and referee and field assignors who help ensure games run smoothly and safely. The club is also guided by a volunteer board that works behind the scenes to support operations, uphold club values, and keep Shooters focused on long-term growth and community impact.
